What this is

The Highland Council seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with multiple qualified contractors to provide housing and property maintenance services for the Inner Moray Firth Area on an as-needed basis. Contractors must be suitably competent, qualified and experienced. Bidders may apply for one or more lots and sub-lots as long as they meet the requirements specified for Lot 1 (Housing) and Lot 2 (Property).

Contract period

Minimum 3-year framework duration with potential option to extend further. Work provided on an 'as and when' required basis with no guaranteed volume of work or orders.
