Staffordshire Wildlife Trust seeks a contractor to install 448 drainage interventions (224 peat dams and 224 stone dams) on Gun Moor, an 81-hectare upland peatland site in the Peak District, to rewet degraded moorland. Work must be completed by 31 March 2027 with a budget of £118,122 excluding VAT.

Money
Estimated value: £100,000. Maximum budget: £118,122 exclusive of VAT. All costs must show VAT separately. Price must include all associated costs for full scope of works including materials, machinery, fuel, bog mats, locally-sourced gritstone, tracking, and works management.
Performance guarantee
Successful contractor must execute and return contract promptly. Purchase Order incorporating Tender Documentation constitutes binding contract until formal execution. No invoices paid without relevant Purchase Order number. Detailed invoices required showing net, VAT and gross costs by expenditure type.
