What this is

Caerphilly County Borough Council is procuring security services for two lots: Lot 1 covers security at Ty Fesen emergency housing accommodation and one hotel-based emergency accommodation site; Lot 2 covers security at Tredomen Business Park. The contract runs for three years with an option to extend for up to 24 months.

Lot 1: GBP 1,050,000 (excl. VAT) / GBP 1,260,000 (incl. VAT). Lot 2: GBP 575,000 (excl. VAT) / GBP 690,000 (incl. VAT). Total estimated value: GBP 1,625,000.
