Connect to Work - Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF)

What this is

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking suppliers to deliver Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) contracts within the employability sector as part of the Connect to Work South Wales Programme. The contracts involve supporting people with disabilities to find local sustainable employment, oriented mainly around learning disabled and/or autistic adults and others with complex support needs where clinical integration is not needed or appropriate. In delivery terms participants may receive more contact and support from their Employment Specialist. The service must be delivered equitably across Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen so all residents have equal access to the same level and quality of service.
