Dysgu is seeking bids from suitably experienced individuals or organisations to develop and deliver a professional learning and leadership support programme for Youth Work leaders in Wales. The commission includes developing a detailed Professional Learning Pathway for Youth Work Leaders, grounded explicitly in the findings of the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) 2022-2025 Youth Work Advisor Evaluation Report, which provides a baseline analysis of sector strengths, gaps and strategic priorities.
