What this is

Dysgu is seeking bids from suitably experienced individuals or organisations to develop and deliver a professional learning and leadership support programme for Youth Work leaders in Wales. The commission includes developing a detailed Professional Learning Pathway for Youth Work Leaders, grounded explicitly in the findings of the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) 2022-2025 Youth Work Advisor Evaluation Report, which provides a baseline analysis of sector strengths, gaps and strategic priorities. The aim is to build on the momentum of the NAEL Youth Work Advisor role and ensure Youth Work leaders have equitable access to high-quality leadership development.
