Money

Core proposed budget: £80,000 (inclusive of all plant, labour, materials, waste disposal, post-installation certification). Budget flexibility permitted: bidders may submit baseline £80k design plus fully costed add-on case illustrating additional investment return on investment. All pricing exclusive of VAT. Bidders must include detailed cost breakdown with provisional sums and contingency pricing.

Performance guarantee

Post-installation: Supplier must provide documented evidence that relevant inspection confirms equipment has passed appropriate safety checks and is fit for purpose. Supplier must provide comprehensive Construction Management/Phase Plan, photographic schedule of site condition, method statement, risk assessment, detailed 'as built' drawings (A3 layouts), and maintenance manuals. All work must comply with building regulations and British/European safety standards with certification provided.
