Who can bid

The Council is seeking to engage with contractors experienced in delivery of council/social housing projects. Participation in the market engagement process (online presentation on 12 August 2026) is voluntary and non-participation will not prevent participation in the future procurement process.

Performance guarantee

Payment of sub-contractors will be required to be made via a Project Bank Account.
