What this is
Reed in Partnership is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to deliver the Department for Work and Pensions Future Employment Support (FES) programme, providing personalised employment support to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants in England. The service will include skills development, work experience, health-related support, self-employment guidance and employer engagement, operating on a payment-by-results model (approximately 70% outcome payments, 30% service fee).
