What this is

South Lanarkshire Council is operating a Procured Service Arrangement (PSA) for Early Learning and Childcare under the Light Touch Rules (Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015), where the provider is chosen by the parent/guardian. Providers are invited to join by tender and are appointed if they meet the National Standard, the law, applicable guidance and the Council's requirements, and accept the Council's set rates for funded hours.
