LondonEnergy Ltd · All their open notices
What this is
LondonEnergy Ltd has published a MARKET ENGAGEMENT exercise (not yet a live tender) to attract interest for an upcoming tender for a fire detection and suppression system in its Turbine Hall. The contractor would provide a complete engineered system — labour, materials, plant, access equipment, design, testing, certification and documentation — protecting four turbine areas (indicatively ~15 m² each, ~60 m² total). The principal fire risk is oil release onto steam pipework above the oil flash point; the preferred detection technology is infrared flame detection and the preferred suppression technology is water mist. The system must comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, BS 5839-1, applicable BS EN 54, and suppression standards such as BS EN 15004 / BS 8489 / BS EN 12845 as relevant. Interested suppliers email a declaration of interest to Procurement@londonenergyltd.com.
