Money

Maximum contract value £72,000 for initial 12-month period. Bidders must provide detailed budget breakdown showing how the £72,000 will be spent.

Performance guarantee

Successful provider must attend quarterly contract review meetings and submit quarterly performance reports, safeguarding updates, attendance data, case studies and financial monitoring. Payments made against agreed invoicing and satisfactory performance. At least 80% of attendances and 70% of individual participants must be Emersons Green Parish residents.

Clarification questions must be submitted by 12 noon on 21 August 2026 (note: document states deadline of 14 August for clarifications with responses by 19 August, but also states 21 August deadline for portal submission). Contract period

Initial 12-month period from 1 October 2026 with option to extend for further 12 months subject to performance, funding and continued need. 24- or 36-month tender submissions will be considered. Minimum two-week mobilisation period expected before service commencement.
