Price scoring based on lowest price submission as benchmark.

Money

Estimated contract value GBP 75,000 (excluding VAT) / GBP 90,000 (including VAT). Compensation event assessment includes allowances: 50 man-hours for site manager/supervisors/operatives, GBP 5,000 for equipment, GBP 5,000 for materials.

Performance guarantee

Tender valid for minimum 90 days after submission deadline. NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (June 2017, amended January 2023) applies. Contractor must complete on-site Work Permit and provide regular updates to school site management.
