What this is

YPO is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Civil Engineering Works and Services, appointing providers offering one or more of survey, design, supply, project management, installation and/or maintenance across categories including road and highway infrastructure, rail transport infrastructure, flood and storm management, renewable energies and solar, air transport infrastructure, water and utilities, coastal and river protection, and geotechnical and land maintenance. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations, including YPO's internal requirements and subsidiaries.
