What this is

YPO is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of training solutions for the emergency services and the wider public sector. The DPS is open to all public sector organisations, including YPO's own internal requirements and its subsidiaries. Appointed providers receive orders directly from end customers and deliver training direct to them. The DPS has been extended and now runs until 24 February 2029, giving a maximum contract period of about 8.8 years.

Who can bid

Open to suppliers able to deliver training solutions to the emergency services and wider public sector; as a DPS, new suppliers may apply to join at any point during its validity subject to meeting the selection criteria and the grounds for exclusion.

Suppliers apply to be appointed onto the DPS via YPO's procurement process; end customers place orders directly with appointed providers.

Contract period

DPS runs from 10 April 2020 to 24 February 2029 (extended), a maximum period of approximately 8.8 years, subject to annual review.
