What this is

YPO is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of insurance placement and related services for Registered Providers of Social Housing. The DPS runs from 5 July 2021 with options to extend up to a maximum of nine years (to 4 July 2030), subject to annual review and satisfactory performance. Suppliers apply to be appointed onto the DPS via YPO's procurement process. The deadline for the initial establishment round was 16/06/2021 14:00; thereafter the DPS remains open for bids at any point until its closing date.

Contract period

DPS runs from 5 July 2021 to 4 July 2024 with two options to extend for three years each, up to a maximum of nine years ending 4 July 2030. First extension decision by end of February 2024, second by end of February 2027.
