Powys County Council is seeking suppliers for: Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services in Powys. The Council is inviting contractors to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services in Powys. The initial period for the DPS was 10 years, with an option to extend for a further 5 years. However with the introduction of new Procurement Act 2023, there is a requirement for DPS's established under PCR2015 to end by 24th February 2029.
