The London Borough of Enfield is extending its existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for care and support services for adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities. The DPS is divided into six lots covering moderate-to-severe, profound/multiple, and challenging-behaviour learning disabilities, each with and without accommodation. This is the second extension, running a further 39 months from 9 November 2025 until 23 February 2029.
