Extension to Dynamic Purchasing System for Small Works

What this is

Red Kite Learning Trust has issued a notice extending the validity period of its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Small Works to 23 February 2029, in line with the Transitional and Saving Provisions of PCR 2015 (reg 34(28)). This is not a new call for competition; except for the expiry date, the DPS and its application process remain unchanged. Suppliers register via the Pagabo portal. The DPS covers small construction works for public sector bodies.

Who can bid

Suppliers register on the Pagabo DPS platform via 'Register now'. Detailed minimum requirements and exclusion grounds are set out in the DPS documentation and remain unchanged from the original notice 2018/S 026-057636.

Applications are made through the Pagabo e-procurement portal at https://app.pagabo.co.uk/login by selecting 'Register now'.

Contract period

The DPS validity period is extended to 23 February 2029. Suppliers may apply to join throughout its lifetime.
