The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (including Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing) operates a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for construction contractors, subcontractors and ancillary services to undertake repair and maintenance works and services across its asset portfolio. The DPS is open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to cover changing requirements and regulations. This notice is a duplication of TED notice 278841-2019 (as modified by change notice 522277-2023) to allow award of further competitions via the FTS system, with a modified value of GBP 154,000,000.
