Space Enabled and Geospatial Services Extension Notice

What this is

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), acting for the Cabinet Office, is putting in place a pan-government collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for space-enabled and geospatial technologies goods and services. Successful suppliers appointed to the DPS are invited by public-sector buyers to bid for relevant services through calls for competition. The DPS remains open for any supplier to request participation throughout its lifetime.

Who can bid

Any supplier of in-scope space-enabled and geospatial products and services may request to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime; this is an extension notice to an existing DPS.

How it is scored

Appointment to the DPS follows submission; individual awards are made by customers through separate calls for competition, whose criteria are set per competition.

How to submit

Suppliers submit a request to participate to be appointed to the DPS; on appointment they respond to buyer calls for competition.

Contract period

DPS agreement; CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time in line with the DPS contract terms.
