Suffolk County Council invites tenders for inclusion on a Rolling Select List of approved, quality-assured providers of Alternative Education, to facilitate placements for vulnerable children and young people of statutory school age (Key Stages 1-5) for whom the Council has statutory responsibility. Alternative Education covers vocational, therapeutic and tuition services of up to 15 hours per week, used as an interim measure while a permanent education placement is identified. The Rolling Select List operates under the Light Touch Regime of PCR 2015 and is open to new providers.
