What this is

Sunderland City Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of insights for behaviour insights, engagement and research. The DPS will operate solely by competition. Contractors wishing to participate must submit a Participation Request including a Selection Questionnaire and supporting documents, either at initial creation of the DPS or at any time during its duration; the number of approved participants will not be limited.
