Translink is seeking suppliers for: P-3186 Translink Bus Coach and Support Vehicle Warranty and Accident/Defect Repair Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) consisting of Vehicle Manufacturers, or their Approved Agents, or competent Repair Agents, from which it will be able to procure warranty and accident repair services to support its fleet of vehicles. Under this procurement the Economic Operator will be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate to social considerations.
