ELECTRONIC MARKET PLACE FOR PROVISION OF ADULT EDUCATION, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT & LIFELONG LEARNING

What this is

Kirklees Council is running a procurement under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to establish an Electronic Market Place (EMP) with Delivery Partners for the provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning on a non-exclusive basis. The EMP is anticipated to run from 1 June 2022 until 23 February 2029, subject to eligible contractors continuing to meet the service requirements. The estimated cumulative annual value of contracts called off under the EMP is GBP 750,000 per annum.

Who can bid

Delivery Partners with relevant experience and ability to provide Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning on a non-exclusive basis. Requirements are detailed in the General Specification (Schedule 2) and Conditions of Contract (Schedule 4 Appendix 2).

Estimated cumulative annual value GBP 750,000 per annum; total estimated value GBP 5,625,000.

Contract period

EMP anticipated to commence 1 June 2022 and run until 23 February 2029, subject to eligible contractors continuing to meet requirements. Further Competitions run over the same period.
