What this is
East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) wishes to assess market interest and capability for independent 'critical friend' support to review and improve its Starters, Leavers and Movers (SLaMs) processes. The provider would review existing 'as is' process maps and help redesign them to an optimised 'to be' state, automating as much as possible in a technology-platform-agnostic way so ERC can leverage its recent investment in workflow and automation technologies.
