What this is

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSDS), on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, intends to establish a national Framework Agreement for contractor-led construction and estates works (NP85827), consolidating existing Minor Building Works and Frameworks Scotland 3 arrangements. The framework is expected to cover minor works, backlog maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, capital works (new build, extensions, refurbishments), demolition, reactive works, and sustainability-related works. Market engagement via RFI questionnaire is requested before contract notice. Estimated value: £135 million.
