What this is
Police Scotland (Scottish Police Authority) is conducting pre-procurement supplier engagement ahead of an Invitation to Tender for an Intelligence Management System (IMS) to replace the current Scottish Intelligence Database (SID). The replacement solution must support recording, management, understanding and development of intelligence and be modern, stable and future-proof, and will include all required software, project management, installation, testing, data migration, licensing, support and maintenance, and training. Suppliers are invited to submit RFI responses via the Public Contracts Scotland website by 7 August 2026.
