What this is
The Ministry of Defence is running a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Request For Information for the Land Integrated Operating Services (LIOS) programme, covering the Integrated Readiness Output Contract (IROC) and Other Platforms and Services (OP&S) elements. LIOS aims to transform land vehicle support (2025-30 and beyond) with longer-term, output-focused equipment support combining upkeep, update and upgrade services, including equipment servicing and maintenance, inventory procurement and provisioning, receipt/issue/inspection/storage of equipment, and post-design and engineering support. This calling notice invites expressions of interest to take part in the RFI to inform procurement strategy.
